Rockwell Gallery was founded, by myself James Rockwell, Master Metal Sculptor Over 33 years ago in Cape Cod Connecticut. I have traveled through out the U.S. doing Fine Art Shows coast to coast, for 33 +years. Winner of over 100 Awards, Including numerous Best of Show Awards, in some of the most prestigious Art Shows in America. This is a Self-Taught, highly refined sculptural Fine Art Form. Using White and Yellow Jewelers Bronze, Gold, Silver, Precious and Semi Precious Stones and *Dicroic Glass. I use an Acetylene/Oxygen torch at 2300 degrees, drawing with the metal as I melt it, at the speed the heat travels through the metal. I am right handed and do all the work with my left hand. There are no Jewelry making methods involved at all, no molds, no castings, no soldering prefabricated pieces together. Each piece is originally designed and handmade using sculptural welding and forging techniques.
